Art is a powerful avenue for contemplating spiritual and transpersonal realms, aiming to inspire a deeper connection to these dimensions beyond personal identity.


Despite modern challenges, the spiritual essence of art persists for many artists, offering a different but enduring light.


As a Transpersonal Art Therapy student, I discovered art's transformative healing potential, leading me to merge art creation with the transpersonal for positive societal impact.


Through Creative Alchemy workshops, I guide participants in exploring self-expression and creativity through transpersonal art therapy. By infusing Theosophical concepts into my art, I deepen my connection to these teachings, using art as a means to promote spiritual ideals and facilitate contemplation of existence.


Gunnel, a seasoned artist, therapist, and doula, actively integrates spiritual philosophy, meditation, and abstract art in her creative endeavors to foster spiritual connections through artistic expression.
